Terms of Service

By accessing or using Roflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Agreement

Effective date: December 20, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Roflow, including our website at roflow.co and desktop application. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (16 years old in the EEA/UK).
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your account and do not share credentials with others.
  • We may refuse or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

2) Acceptable Use

You will not, and will not help others to:

  • Access or use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of any system or network;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent security or access controls;
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means without our written permission;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services (except as permitted by law).

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

3) Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription Plans. Roflow offers paid subscription tiers (Pro and Pro+) with increased AI prompt limits, priority support, and premium features.
  • Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

4) No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused prompts, or any other reason after payment has been processed.

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Our no-refund policy applies to all processed payments.

5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Prohibited Conduct: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request through your payment provider is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Termination: Any attempt to obtain an unauthorized refund or chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your Roflow account, forfeiture of all access to our services, and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.

Dispute Resolution: If you have concerns about a charge, contact us at support@roflow.co before initiating any payment dispute. We're here to help resolve legitimate billing issues.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Roflow or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms, no license is granted.

Non-affiliation: Roflow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

7) Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR
USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE,
OR ERROR-FREE.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ROFLOW OR ITS
AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED
TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL
CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; in those cases, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10) Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection laws where you reside.
